Kim Kardashian Considering Moving to London

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) May 26, 2012

RoadFish.com men’s lifestyle and finance magazine today vocalized its opinion that it’s a good idea for Kim Kardashian to move forward with her reported plan of moving to London for awhile. RoadFish.com believes that the move could help the socialite-turned-reality star’s reputation after her much criticized, and by no means inexpensive divorce from Kris Humphries at the end of 2011.

It will be a lucky day indeed for whichever estate agents receive the call to help find Kim Kardashian a home in London. In an Entertainment Wise article by Rebecca Merriman, it is reported that Kim is considering a move to the UK at the urging of her mother and manager, Kris Jenner, to rebuild her image. Kim’s divorce to Kris Humphries came only 72 days after their wedding, and came under strong fire from people who accused Kim of “faking” the marriage to increase her ratings. At the beginning of the year, a PETA activist dumped a bag of flour on Kim’s head on the read carpet, in an act of protest to Kim’s use of fur in her wardrobe. Jenner reportedly decided that it was time for Kim to re-launch a new image, in a new city. A source close to the family is quoted saying, “Kris [Jenner] really wanted to expand the Kardashian fan base and decided with Ryan Seacrest that London would be the perfect location. It’s a hip city that attracts a lot of celebrities and it’s not too far from NYC.”

UK publication the Belfast Telegraph confirms that it had picked up word that London was one of the options for a new location for Kim, Kourtney and Khloe to set up another clothing boutique. The Telegraph quotes Kim Kardashian as telling BBC Radio One, "We would love to set up a D-A-S-H store in London and we were talking about who would take what city and London was one of the options. We don’t spend a lot of time here, so it would be fun. It’s like our dream."

RoadFish.com approves of Kim’s rumored decision to move to the UK. RoadFish.com Senior staff writer is quoted as saying, “I think it’s a good idea for her to take a little break from the US right now. After her quick marriage and sudden divorce sparked rumors and tons of criticism, laying low wouldn’t be such a bad thing. Not to mention letting the PETA activists cool down!”

The above-mentioned Entertainment Wise article states that Kim was well-received in London, on her most recent trip there with current boyfriend, Kanye West. The inside source stated that Kim was a huge success in England, so much so that the Kardashian family is planning on taking their reality show to London, and basing the plot around Kim and Khloe opening up their boutique there.

RoadFish.com thinks that a relocation could help rebuild Kim’s image. RoadFish.com Senior staff writer is quoted as saying, “I think the US could use a little break from Kim Kardashian, as much as she could use a little break from the US! I feel like there is so much drama here for her. I’m not judging her marriage or divorce one way or another, I think there are multiple sides to every story. I’m just saying that none of her ex-es live in London, and with any luck there are will be no animal protection activists after her! Maybe Kim can donate all her furs before leaving for London and start on the right, fur-less foot for anyone who is critical of the fur thing.”

Kim Kardashian is currently 31 years old and is most known for her starring role in the reality television show, “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” as well as the spin-off, “Kourtney and Kim Take New York.” Kim has also launched clothing and fragrance lines, and co-owns a clothing boutique named D-A-S-H with Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian. Kim has modeled for Playboy, Bongo Jeans, and Carl’s Jr. In 2010, Kim was the highest earning reality star with approximately $6 million in estimated earnings that year.

What are Causes of Divorce?

Couples that make the decision, to end a marriage is known as a getting a divorce. In the days of the romans, they had a view of marriage that it should be free. This meant to them that they could leave the marriage if it did not work out for them. Later in time the views were markedly different, and people were to stay together and society looked down people getting a divorce. Today people have both of these views and are practiced.

There are higher divorce rates in American and European countries. These countries have more personal freedoms and a higher stress level than other countries. There are some relationships that are not worth saving others are. There are many reasons that people decide to get a divorce. They are all specific to the couple’s relationship. These do not seem ordinary to the people that are going through a divorce.

A major cause for a divorce is a lack of communication. When these lines fail, sometimes no matter how hard a couple may try, they the feelings cannot be gotten back. There are no problem free marriages, and they all have good and bad times. They all have different priorities, and that is one cause of divorce not being able to come up with a happy medium to the differences. There are cases where couples have gotten divorced for something as mundane as snoring. Among the top, ten reasons are:

* coming from a broken home

* getting married at a young age

* addiction

* issues with child rearing

* religious or cultural differences

* boredom

* financial problems

* abuse

It is said that people that come from a broken home will end in a broken home or marriage. People that get married at a very early age may not make it and have an unusually high rate of divorce. Addiction, this is a tremendously large problem for couples. Drug addiction is only one addiction that can break up a marriage. There are gambling addictions as well as things like gaming or playing games online. Differences in child rearing can cause enormous problems between couples. Things as simple as changing diapers or feeding children can be disagreed on and create a huge rift between people.

Cultural and religious differences can force people into situations that they cannot tolerate, and if these are not discussed prior to the wedding they can be a reason for a breakup. Boredom is another prime reason for divorce. Couples get bored with their lifestyle this can be something that can be happening for years and suddenly comes to the surface. There can be abusive relationships where one of the spouses is physically or emotionally abusive to the other. They may put up with it for an unusually long time. It can take outside help for a spouse to get a divorce from an abusive partner. Many times a divorce will result in financial problems between couples. Over spending or one partner being to controlling of the other results in divorce. There many more reasons, some good some poor, but they are all valid reasons at the time.

Agri sector grows 1.1% in Jan-Sept

The agriculture sector grew by 1.1 percent in the first nine months of the year grossing P1 trillion at current prices, 1.64 percent higher than the previous year, the Bureau of Agricultural Statistics (BAS) said Friday.

The crops subsector which represents half of the total agricultural production fell by 0.85 percent primarily due to losses in palay, coconut, sugarcane, and banana output.

The volume of palay production for the January to September period fell by 1.12 percent to 11.36 million metric tons (MT) from 11.488 million MT in the same period last year due to decrements in palay output and harvest areas in Cagayan Valley, Western Visayas, Bicol, Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), Davao, and Ilocos regions.

BAS said that palay output in Cagayan Valley was affected by moisture stress and farms were damaged by typhoons "Labuyo" in August and "Odette" in September, pulling down the palay yield in the region.

On the other hand, the decreased in palay production in Western Visayas was due to the delayed plantings caused by the late onset of rain.

Meanwhile, corn output for the period jumped by 0.40 percent to 5.924 million MT from 5.9 million MT primarily due to "significant improvements" in production, harvest areas, and yield in Northern Mindanao, Western Visayas, and SOCCSKSARGEN.

BAS said that the growth was due to the high demand from piggery and poultry raisers, better market prices, usage of hybrid and genetically-modified organism (GMO) seeds, increased fertilizer application, and the availability of seeds especially the seed assistance given to the corn farmers affected by typhoon "Pablo" in 2011 which encouraged them to plant more.

Coconut production, meanwhile, declined by 2.16 percent to 11.347 million MT from 11.598 million MT due to typhoon "Pablo", tree cutting in Mindoro Oriental, infestation of insect scale in Batangas, and the depressed copra prices in Surigao del Norte.

Sugarcane production for the first nine months also slipped by 6.37 percent to 15.669 million MT from 16.735 million MT as no reported production were recorded in Tarlac in the second quarter of the year.

Banana output also dropped by 7.98 percent to 6.459 million MT from 7.019 million MT as Davao region, Mindoro Oriental, and Central Luzon have not yet fully recover from the adverse effects of typhoons "Pablo", "Labuyo", and "Ofel."

Pineapple production volume, meanwhile, increased by 2.22 percent to 1.81 million MT from 1.77 million MT as continuous expansion in pineapple farms has been reported in Northern Mindanao, thus, boosting planting density and harvest areas.

Mango production saw a turnaround this year posting a 6.42 percent increase.

Mango output for the period totaled to 779,780 MT from 732,720 MT.

This was due to an increase in the number of bearing trees in Cagayan, Ilocos, SOCCSKSARGEN, and Caraga and the long sunny days in Western Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, and Northern Mindanao.

Cassava output was also up by 5.53 percent to 1.669 million MT from 1.582 million MT as continuous expansion were noted in Bukidnon and high demand were reported in Leyte, Bicol, and ARMM.

The livestock subsector, comprising 16.01 percent of the total agricultural output, grew by 1.89 percent in the January to September period as production volume of hog, cattle, and dairy increased.

Hog production went up by 2.16 percent while dairy and cattle output jumped by 5.16 percent and 1.54 percent, respectively.

Meanwhile, carabao and goat production for the period slipped by 1.13 percent and 0.61 percent, respectively.

Contributing 15 percent to the total agricultural output, the poultry subsector grew by 4.31 percent grossing P128.2 billion at current prices, 5.35 percent up from last year.

The volume of production of chicken increased by 4.97 percent to 1.131 million MT from 1.078 million MT.

Chicken and duck eggs production for the period also jumped while duck output fell by 1.10 percent.

After last year’s slump, the fisheries subsector has finally recovered with a 3.38 percent increase in production volume.

The subsector shared 18.42 percent of the total agricultural output.

The volume of production of milkfish and tilapia went up by 5.49 percent and by 2.39 percent, respectively.

Milkfish production for the period went up to 288,320 MT from 273,320 MT while tilapia output grew to 240,820 MT from 235,190 MT.

The Psychological Impact of Being in the Spotlight

The experience of being a highly visible person such as television/movie stars, professional athletes, and high ranking officials, has been researched and investigated for many years. I will refer to all of those within these categories as Celebrities. Despite the research, little has been written about what the psychological impact actually means for the Celebrity. While it is true that in relation to the Celebrity themselves, being famous often leads to a total loss of privacy, a strong sense of entitlement, often unreasonable or demanding expectations, gratification of their ego, and a sense of immortality. Reasons for which, most people are unable to comprehend.

For most Celebrities, being famous leads to wealth, unbridled access to people, place and things, tremendous temptations, as well as fear and concern about the effect on their families. As to the psychological impact, my years of experience in working closely with Celebrities has divulged feelings of isolation, mistrust and paranoia, a tremendous fear of losing their fame, and often a skewed or confused sense of self. This skewed or confused sense of self is often created and magnified by the perceptions of the public and the media. The impact of such perceptions permeates the Celebrity’s psyche both in their public and their private lives. And so their identity begins to take on a new dimension and their personality begins to “shift.”

David Giles in Illusions of Immortality: A Psychology of Fame and Celebrity, (2000), writes about his research taken from interviews and surveys, to answer questions about the rise of stardom, the motivation to become famous, and the psychological impact of sudden popularity. Giles sees the Celebrity as arising out of the tradition in Western culture of placing importance on the “individual self.” He argues that fame should be seen as a process, rather than a state of being, because of the variety of changes a celebrity goes through when becoming a star. I would add that the public reinforces what I call a “personality shift” because it is the public’s consistent acknowledgement of the Celebrity as well as the public’s celebration of the Celebrity that drives the transformation. Couple this with a weaker ego, and the perfect storm is created for a life of grandiose behavior and heightened paranoia.

While most of the public can fantasize about what appears to be a perfect and charmed life, and quite often it is, there is a dark and lonely side that few in the general public can truly understand. At least until some tragedy occurs, such as the deaths of Brittany Murphy, Chris Farley, and Michael Jackson, which expose the inner struggles they faced during stardom. Compassion is rarely a word or feeling a Celebrity encounters by others. Too often, the charmed life perception leaves little room for empathy or sympathy. Walking a mile in one’s shoes might very well be the moral of this article for anyone who feels dismayed by a Celebrity’s complaint about their life or the tragedy they encounter. For better or worse, there is a clear and distinct psychological shift from being overly exposed to the media spotlight.

Know Your Rights Before Filing For Divorce

When you are standing at the altar saying “I do” with 300 of your friends and family around you, the very last thing on your mind is the possibility of a divorce in your future. Damn the statistics, it cannot happen to me, you think.

Think again. Recent studies have shown that the divorce rate is almost at the 50% mark for couple being married in the past 5 years. What is the cause of that? Are people being too reckless with their commitments? Do people really think that the love they feel will see them through anything?

The biggest problem leading to divorce is a lack of communication between the partners. It really is a partnership, where each needs to know what the other is doing and thinking on a regular basis, as in daily. You need to make sure that you are both marching to the same drummer with the same goals in sight, both short term goals as well as long term goals, and without that communication, divorce is almost inevitable.

Is this a difficult thing? It should not be, but in today’s world where most households have both spouses working, it can prove to be difficult. When both spouses arrive at home after a long hard day at work, both are tired, perhaps irritable, neither feels like fixing dinner, and communication can often be the last thing on either one’s mind. Yet if that communications does not happen, it is inevitably that the two of you will take different paths, start creating separate goals, and pretty soon you find that divorce is the only viable answer, since your paths have parted so widely that there is little chance your paths will ever rejoin.

Divorce can be a comparatively simple procedure or it can be long and drawn out. It is in your best interests to get a good divorce lawyer. Really? Yes really. If the communications between you and your spouse have broken down to put you on separate paths, you cannot be sure of what your spouse will require or demand in the divorce process. Make sure you do not get hosed in that process, and without a good divorce attorney, that can easily happen before you are even aware of it.

Things can get messy if children are involved or there is a fair amount of capital holdings that were acquired since the wedding day. But even these items can be negotiated and worked out with good divorce attorneys, plus the desire to “just get it over with peacefully” on the part of both spouses.

If divorce is really the best or only option available to you, plan it with the same attention to detail that you used when you planned your wedding. Preparation and a thorough knowledge of what is involved and what can be negotiated is paramount in making sure that you don’t walk away with absolutely nothing. Almost anything is negotiable as far as “who gets what”, but be very clear on what are your rights, what are the rights of your spouse, and how to effectively manage the division of assets, including cash, stocks, and bonds.

Nine Major Causes Of Panic Disorder

Abstract

Panic disorder is known as “Fright-Psychic-Condition” which usually occurs without any reason or cause. A panic mess consists of different kinds of symptoms like chronic horror, fear, threat, heart throbbing, sweating and rapid breathing. The people of panic-disorder can’t sleep due to constant attacks of fear and fright throughout the night.

Causes of Panic-Disorder (P.D)

1. Hereditary factor

Hereditary is one of the prevailing factors in panic disorder as millions of people in the world are indulging in different kinds of inherent panic diseases including bipolar-disorder, manic disorder, hypo manic disorder, schizophrenia, lzheimer, obsessive compulsive disorder ( OCD) and various other forms of depression. Almost, all the diagnoses show the real cause of panic disorder which is the hereditary-panic-disorder. Today, an ample amount of panic disorder cases have been found in the United States as it is saturated with panic-disorder.

2. Drugs

Drugs are the major causes of panic disorder all around the world and it is investigated 100% by the psychologists that every kind of panic chaos is generally occurred due to heavy use of drugs including cigarettes, alcohol, hash, cocaine, cannabis smoking and nicotine, etc.

3. Amygdala, Hormonal and Adrenaline Glands

Some of the causes of panic turmoil are Amygdala, Hormonal and Adrenaline Glands which often become the reason of fear, fright and threat. As a results these sorts of chronic disorders run on continuous frustrations and worries for the people who indulge in it.

4. Environmental conditions

Environmental conditions burst out in way of natural calamity like earthquake, flood, volcanic activity, fire eruption, bomb-blasting, etc. This situation more often than not becomes the major factor of panic disorder in the society which is sometime devastated in an earthquake or flood. As a result, numerous people are caught up in different panic chaos.

5. Societal depressions (Women-Especially)

Societal tensions and burdens are everywhere in the world. Every person has a maximum limit to control upon his emotions and stresses. When the mind is overloaded with an ample amount of sociological depressions, panic disorder is occurred at this moment and women are mostly become the victim of panic disorder as they have gone through various stages of their lives like childhood abuses, violation, beating, life-threatening, emotional abuses, sexual abuses, sexual harassment, divorce and many other societal violations which the women come by.

6. Different other factors

There are some other evidences of panic disorders obtained by most of the psychiatrists like Hyperthyroidism, Hypoglycemia, Mitral Valve Prolapse, Labyrinthitis and Pheochromocytoma.

7. anxiety as leading factor of panic disorder

The studies conducted in animals and humans have proved a point regarding the panic-disorder. It shows that anxiety is the biggest cause of panic disorder as it includes fear, sensitivity, conscious feeling, irritation, hypertension, fight response, etc. These all syndromes merely become the cause of chronic attack called as “Bipolar-Disorder” which is also known as “Hypo-Manic-Disorder”.

8. Sleep-Apnea

Sleeping-Apnea or Hypopnea often becomes the factor of panic disorder as the people indulge in chronic problems of lack of sleep especially at night bed.

9. Prepulse Inhibition

Last but not the least is the Prepulse Inhibition which becomes the cause of panic attack. It is quite spreading these days, because it disturbs the cognitive function of the person which leads him/her into chronic attacks of inability, lack of sensory perceptions, memory damage and hallucinations, etc.

Concluding remarks

Briefly, we can say that panic disorder is the disorder of all times, because it retains countless impacts especially for the women and a very long psycho treatment. Today, every second woman is indulged in chronic messes. Every year, a number of women indulge in bipolar, schizophrenia, Alzheimer, OCD, hypo manic disorders, etc and these numbers are very high in the United States. Therefore, the need of time is that we have got to think seriously about Panic-Disorder (PD), because it’s always chronic and long-lasting disease.

According to divorce statistics, it is estimated that between 40 percent and 50 percent of first marriages end in divorce in the United States. In some countries, divorce rates for first marriages exceed 50 percent. Second and third marriages in the United States have even higher divorce rates. According to statistics, second marriages fail at a rate of 60-67 percent, and third marriages fail at a rate of 73-74 percent.

Divorce statistics show that there are number of reasons why marriages fail. According to divorced couples, the number one reason that marriage fails is due to either a lack of communication or poor communication. The second most cited reason for divorce is martial conflicts and arguments. Thirdly, many divorced couples say infidelity led to divorce. While these are the primary reasons cited for divorce, statistics show that there are several underlying factors that contribute to these trends. These factors include, but are not limited to: age, education, income, religion, and cohabitation.

Age

Statistics show that those who get married in their mid to late-twenties are less likely to get divorced that those who marry at a younger age, and that this age group tends to be more satisfied in marriage than those couple who marry later in life. For divorced couples under the age of 20, the women are more likely to initiate the divorce; whereas for divorced couples over the age of 20, the men are more likely to initiate the divorce.

Education and Income

Education and income both play a role in divorce statistics. Data shows that a married couple with a higher education and a higher income is less likely to divorce than a couple with lower education and lower income.

Religion

While several religious denominations show a slightly lower divorce rate of 21-34 percent, other data suggests that those with no religious affiliation have a lower divorce rate than those with reported religious affiliations. It has also been suggested that pastors of local congregations, for various reasons, may not be aware of how many divorced couples are actually in, or have been part of, their congregations.

Cohabitation

Reports suggest that between 40 percent and 85 percent of couples who lived together before getting married had the marriage end in divorce.

Divorce statistics indicate that about one-fourth of adults in the United States have been divorced at least once in their lifetime. Characteristics of individuals that have a higher probability of divorce include:

o younger age at time of marriage

o lower education

o has children from a previous relationship

o cohabitation prior to marriage

o sexual activity prior to marriage

According to divorce statistics, it does not appear that only one factor contributes to a couple’s decision to divorce. Although three primary reasons have been identified by divorced couples as the leading causes of divorce, it seems that underlying factors may contribute to these issues as well.

Can I stop husband from divorcing me? ‘My new boyfriend won’t spend the night with me’.

Q IS it true that my husband can divorce me? Like many couples, we have had our PMT See photomultiplier tube.  as well as depression. But I managed to get both under control and I thought things were getting better between us.

When I was unwell, I had very poor self-esteem, which led to me almost having an affair. For a while I went to AA and I met a man who, unlike my husband, really understood my problems. I didn’t sleep with him although I was tempted.

But now my husband has come to me, just when I really believed there was light at the end of a very bleak and black tunnel, and has confessed he doesn’t love me any more.

He is seeing someone else and thinks it would be better if we got divorced. He says she is pregnant. I know the person and I think she has deliberately set out to entrap my husband.

But he’s such a fool that he can’t see it. I still love him and I don’t want to a divorce, even although I have grounds and he hasn’t.

So can I prevent it while he comes to his senses? I was hoping now that I am well again that we could have a baby.

A PERHAPS you don’t think ZA if s relevant, but if you were going to AA it would suggest depression wasn’t your only problem.

Now I think it’s time for a new start for the pair of you – but not together.

There is only one ground for divorce, which is that the relationship has paranoid par·a·noid

adj.

Relating to, characteristic of, or affected with paranoia.

n.

One affected with paranoia.  I thought he was really going back to an other woman or even a wife.

But now he’s taken me home to meet his parents so it can’t be that. I’ve asked him but he just jokes that he likes his own bed. What do I do?

A YOU enjoy this man’s company and he enjoys yours.

You have a good sex life, as well as a decent social one.

It could be that he thinks maybe it’s been too quick. Perhaps he feels you are also getting a bit intense.

He’s slowing the relationship down a little. Now you know he’s not hiding away a secret wife, relax and let things take their course.
